All advertisers agree that advert placed on the website will be for a specific and genuine position. Land-Force.com reserves the right not to accept adverts of a non-specific or generic type and will remove any such advert it deems to be of this nature without notice or refund. In addition Land-Force.com reserve the right to refuse or withdraw without notice or refund multiple positions advertised under a single advertisement entry or indiscriminately posted across multiple categories.
All advertisers agree the content of any advert submitted will not contain any illegal, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory content, or anything that may bring Land-Force.com into disrepute. As such all advertisers agree to indemnify Land-Force.com and its holding company, against any claim, loss, liability, expense and/or damage arising from any breach of your obligations under our stated terms and conditions.
Land-Force.com reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or amend any advert or CV it regards as inappropriate, offensive, misleading, inaccurate or grammatically incorrect.
Land-Force.com does not guarantee any response from applicants to any advert placed on this website. Nor does it guarantee the suitability of any respondent or the accuracy of any individual’s details submitted to the advertiser. It is exclusively the responsibility of the advertiser to ascertain the suitability of any applicant for the advertised position.
All advertisers agree to deal fairly and responsibly with all applications and will not do anything that may bring Land-Force.com into disrepute.

For Premium Adverts, Land-Force.com will use its best endeavours to display adverts submitted with company branding in our required format. However, in the event of technical faults, systems or software incompatibility or reasons beyond our control adverts will be placed in full without the desired branding and without refund.
Land-Force.com will use its best efforts to ensure all jobs submitted either on-line, by telephone, fax or e-mail will be displayed within two working days of receiving the advert contents. Land-Force.com reserves the right to extend this period for whatever reason and therefore will not be subject to any refund.
Land-Force.com will use its best efforts to ensure the website is available via the World Wide Web for viewing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, from time to time the site and associated functioning systems may be partially or wholly unavailable due to technical faults or maintenance. In this event Land-Force.com will not be liable for any refunds on any advertising time that may be lost as a result.
All passwords generated automatically by the system are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. Land-Force.com reserves the right to deny or cancel a password at anytime if we reasonably believe it is being used by an unauthorised person or in the event of the user breaching these terms and conditions.
All payments are subject to the prevailing rate of VAT. Receipts will be issued for all transactions by e-mail (or by post if an e-mail address is not provided).
All personal details, messages and CVs submitted by jobseekers in response to adverts are sent directly to the respective advertiser. These details are not retained on any database and will not be made available to any other advertiser or third party organisation. Land-Force.com at its discretion may contact jobseekers or employers from time to time for the purpose of market research or to assist them in their search for a suitable position or candidate.
