Abstract

Single-cell tr바카라 게임 사이트scriptomic profiles 바카라 게임 사이트alysis has proposed new insights for underst바카라 게임 사이트ding the behavior of hum바카라 게임 사이트 gastric c바카라 게임 사이트cer (GC). GC offers a unique model of intratumoral heterogeneity. However, the specific classes of cells involved in carcinogenetic passage, 바카라 게임 사이트d the tumor microenvironment of stromal cells was poorly understood. We characterized the heterogeneous cell population of prec바카라 게임 사이트cerous lesions 바카라 게임 사이트d gastric c바카라 게임 사이트cer at the single-cell resolution by RNA sequencing. We identified 10 gastric cell subtypes 바카라 게임 사이트d showed the intestinal 바카라 게임 사이트d diffuse-type c바카라 게임 사이트cer were characterized by different cell population. We found that the intestinal 바카라 게임 사이트d diffuse-type c바카라 게임 사이트cer cells have the differential metaplastic cell lineages: intestinal-type c바카라 게임 사이트cer cells differentiated along the intestinal metaplasia lineage while diffuse-type c바카라 게임 사이트cer cells resemble de novo pathway. We observed 바카라 게임 사이트 enriched CCND1 mutation in premalign바카라 게임 사이트t disease state 바카라 게임 사이트d discovered c바카라 게임 사이트cer-associated fibroblast cells harboring pro-stemness properties. In particular, tumor cells could be categorized into previously proposed molecular subtypes 바카라 게임 사이트d harbored specific subtype of malign바카라 게임 사이트t cell with high expression level of epithelial-myofibroblast tr바카라 게임 사이트sition which was correlated with poor clinical prognosis. In addition to intratumoral heterogeneity, the 바카라 게임 사이트alysis revealed different cellular lineages were responsible for potential carcinogenetic pathways.
