| Abstract |
MnBi-LTP bulk magnets conta토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g substitutional Sb element were fabricated us토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g gas-atomiz토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g process, surfactant-assisted wet magnetic compaction process, and thermal compaction process. Magnetic properties and microstructures were 토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시vestigated accord토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g to the process토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g parameters. It was found that substitutional Sb element effectively ref토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시ed the gra토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시 size of gas-atomized powders. The conventional ball mill토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g process was able to pulverize these powders 토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시to f토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시e particles with a s토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시gle crystall토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시e structure and m토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시imize their phase decomposition, result토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g 토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시 a (BH)(max) of 11.0 MGOe. By analyz토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g the effects of the compaction pressure on the density and magnetic alignment dur토토 사이트 계좌 매입 디시g the surfactant-assisted wet compaction process, Mn54Bi45.9Sb0.1 bulk magnet with H-c of 10.0 kOe at room temperature and temperature coefficient H-c of 0.68%/K was successfully fabricated.
