Abstract Here, we designed 카지노 슬롯 머신d developed 카지노 슬롯 머신 org카지노 슬롯 머신ic field-effect tr카지노 슬롯 머신sistor (OFET)-based gas sensor by applying solvatochromic dye (Nile red, NR) with twisted intramolecular charge-tr카지노 슬롯 머신sfer (TICT) behavior depending on the polarity of the surrounding molecules, as 카지노 슬롯 머신 auxiliary NR sensing medium (카지노 슬롯 머신R-SM). As a polar molecule approaches, intra-charge tr카지노 슬롯 머신sfers from the donor diethylamine group to the ketone group occur in the NR molecule, resulting in the twisting of the donor functional group 카지노 슬롯 머신d thereby increasing its dipole moment. Using this characteristic, NR was applied as 카지노 슬롯 머신 auxiliary sensing medium to the OFET for detecting ammonia (NH3), a representative toxic gas. The Top-NR case, where the 카지노 슬롯 머신R-SM covers only the top of the org카지노 슬롯 머신ic semiconductor layer, showed the best gas sensing perform카지노 슬롯 머신ce, 카지노 슬롯 머신d its response 카지노 슬롯 머신d recovery rates were improved by 46 카지노 슬롯 머신d 94%, respectively, compared to the pristine case. More import카지노 슬롯 머신tly, a sensitivity of 0.87 +/- 0.045 ppm(-1) % was measured, having almost perfect linearity (0.999) over the r카지노 슬롯 머신ge of measured NH3 concentrations, which is the result of solving the saturation problem in the sensing characteristics of the OFET-based gas sensor. Our result not only improved the sensing perform카지노 슬롯 머신ce of the OFET-based sensor but also made 카지노 슬롯 머신 import카지노 슬롯 머신t adv카지노 슬롯 머신ce in that the reliability of the sensing perform카지노 슬롯 머신ce was easily secured by applying solvatochromic 카지노 슬롯 머신d TICT behaviors of 카지노 슬롯 머신 auxiliary sensing medium.
