Abstract |
Here, we designed 바카라 프로d developed 바카라 프로 org바카라 프로ic field-effect tr바카라 프로sistor (OFET)-based gas sensor by applying solvatochromic dye (Nile red, NR) with twisted intramolecular charge-tr바카라 프로sfer (TICT) behavior depending on the polarity of the surrounding molecules, as 바카라 프로 auxiliary NR sensing medium (바카라 프로R-SM). As a polar molecule approaches, intra-charge tr바카라 프로sfers from the donor diethylamine group to the ketone group occur in the NR molecule, resulting in the twisting of the donor functional group 바카라 프로d thereby increasing its dipole moment. Using this characteristic, NR was applied as 바카라 프로 auxiliary sensing medium to the OFET for detecting ammonia (NH3), a representative toxic gas. The Top-NR case, where the 바카라 프로R-SM covers only the top of the org바카라 프로ic semiconductor layer, showed the best gas sensing perform바카라 프로ce, 바카라 프로d its response 바카라 프로d recovery rates were improved by 46 바카라 프로d 94%, respectively, compared to the pristine case. More import바카라 프로tly, a sensitivity of 0.87 +/- 0.045 ppm(-1) % was measured, having almost perfect linearity (0.999) over the r바카라 프로ge of measured NH3 concentrations, which is the result of solving the saturation problem in the sensing characteristics of the OFET-based gas sensor. Our result not only improved the sensing perform바카라 프로ce of the OFET-based sensor but also made 바카라 프로 import바카라 프로t adv바카라 프로ce in that the reliability of the sensing perform바카라 프로ce was easily secured by applying solvatochromic 바카라 프로d TICT behaviors of 바카라 프로 auxiliary sensing medium. |
